Frequently asked

Before we meet

Is tax optimisation legal in Poland?

Yes. Tax planning within the limits of the law is fully legal. We review every solution against the general anti-avoidance rule and current case law, and secure it with an individual tax ruling where needed.

Who is Estonian CIT for?

Mainly for limited liability, joint-stock and limited partnerships whose shareholders are individuals. As long as the company does not distribute profit, corporate income tax is 0%. We check eligibility and handle the entire implementation.

Do you advise foreign clients?

Yes. We advise Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in English, both in our Warsaw office and remotely across Poland, with documents signed electronically.

How much does advisory cost?

It depends on the scope and scale of the matter — we work hourly, on a fixed monthly retainer, or per project. We always present a quote before starting any work, after a free initial call.
